margaret neal was born in shelton beds.
She married William Joseph Tucker He was a plasterer and born Gravesend, Kent.
(I have marriage cert.) 1892
On this it states she was a widow (married name Ferry) William was a widower. They had more children and went to live on buffalo USA. I have all those papers in Buffalo.
But it states on Kates marriage (in USA) that she was born in Banbury Oxford.
I am trying to find birth cert of a catherine tucker . She was born in
1886. This could be that Williams first wife was the mother. Or Margaret Ferry brought her with her to the marriage of William.
She signed a marriage cert. of her sisters as Catherine.
She also had a sister Clara. I found a birth of a clara tucker, gravesend kent. This man stated as father was a william tucker, plasterer and mother mary mellia.
In Lancashire 1879 a William Tucker, plasterer, married a Mary Mellia. This clara was born in 1882.

But all these details still does not prove Kate Tucker as the family knew her, of her parentage.

Does any-one out there know of an ancestor Margaret Neal who was married to Ferry. Maybe some light could be shed then.
