any mitchinsons from south shields and consett?

looking to find any relatives named mitchinson, it was my grandmothers middle name and turns out to be HER grandmothers maiden name.
The gggrandmother was born in Iveston, Lanchester, co.durham in 1823 elizabeth mitchinson, she had a son in that name called george in 1851, she later married Samuel Carter in june 1853 they all moved to SOuth SHields, together they had another son john carter and a daughter Jane E carter(my g grandmother), George however never cahnged his name and became a miner in WEstoe ,south shields and had children, would love to know more about them.
Samuel and Elizabeth moved back to st ives road lanchester, after he retired as a blacksmith.
