	Is anyone able to do an Electrol roll look up for Scotand. If you can please could you look up James Milligan b27/06/1939 4 Errol Street, Scotland married to Annie Kerr Clark b1940 LANARK Lanarkshire Scotland and their daugher Diane Carole Milligan b 11/01/1972 Redlands Hospital Glasgow. At the time of her birth James Milligan was a Sales Representative and they lived at 33 Halley Place Glasgow. Any help would be appreciated
