Lynn Report 6 Aug 2009 09:31

I am trying to contact my birth mother although I think she may be deceased, from the death records it looks like she died in 1987 in Auchtermuchty, Fife, Scotland.

Her name was Rose ann Cargill, she was married to Robert Laidlaw and then I think maybe re-married as Smith.

I know that she had at least 3 children, one possibly called Rosie Isobel Laidlaw or Isobel Laidlaw, I am desperate to track down my half brothers and sisters.

I was born in december 1953 in Montrose and was given up for adoption by Rose before her and Robert Laidlaw relocated to Pitenweem, Fife - and I believe they stayed in the Fife area for most of their lives.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully

Lynn Archbold (formerly Isobel Marie Cargill)
