Reggie , i wouldnt have a clue though as to when she got married. and i dont find the free bmd gives me much info i need, unless in#m using it wrong

I think the trick with FreeBMD when you have an odd name like Inze is not to put in the odd name as it may well have been mistranscribed. If the surnames are common search for a smaller number of years - bit of a slow plod but might be easier than endless variations of a possible mistranscription - especially as they tend to use [ -- ] symbols too.

Tracey I wouldn't discount Dea's find....very often the census is hard to read and mistranscribled. It's an unusual name so it more than likely your Inze

Come on now - there can't be 'many of them to the pound' !! - Don't forget - many of the people who collated for these census could hardly spell 'ordinary' names - let alone anything unusual !

I have lost track of the number of cecil's on census who obviously had a lisp and so were put down as thethil !!

It has to be the same one !!

As he was born the end of May and parents have up to 6 weeks to register the birth he was probably registered too late to go into the April/May/June quarter.
