Adoption Mystery - Barbara Hannah or Cordell ??

Hi
I was wondering if anybody could help me find somebody or just give me a few hints as im out of ideas ok I will explain the whole story.

I am searching for a Barbara Hannah who was born in the year 1948.

BIRTH 1948 January, February, March
Name: Barbara Hannah
District: Luton
Mother maiden name: Haslem
Vol: 4a
Page: 202


She was adopted at birth, her birth mother was Vera Mccarroll also known as Vera Haslem and Vera Hannah. The adopted female was called Barbara but i have been informed that both last and first names may have been changed. Vera also adopted another child who I now have contact with and both their first and last name was changed. Barbara was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Cordell in the Luton, Bedfordshire area. I have looked on 192.com and cant find a Barbara Cordell or Barbara Hannah in Luton so my guess is she has a name change or has moved away from the area. The other adopted child I found did not no of there adoption so I am guessing that Barbara don’t know either. I have also searched marriage certificates from 1966 – 1972 in the last name Cordell and found the following:

I don’t know if this is the right person but ??? im lost

I have also found a member on Genes Reunited under the name Angela Cordell from Luton with the same birth year I have messaged her but no reply, she may not even use the account no more, it might not even be her it was just a guess.


Any information or help on this would be a great help.
