I am trying to find my maternal grandmother, I have her marriage cert and death cert. Have searched BMD but too many Margaret Ellen Griffiths born in 1905. I was told she was born in Wales maybe Angelsey, she stated that her father was a seaman on steamships and was deceased at the time of her marriage. This could have been untrue as she was only 19 and heavily pregnant and my grandfather was twice her age and she may not have been able to get his permission, I just do no know. She married William Henry Fellows in Liverpool in 1925 . I have even tried finding the witness on the marriage certificate but to no avail. Can anybody help. Rachel |
