Trying to find my grandfathers brother Edward Ellis my grandfather was Richard Ellis (1883) Werndee,nr Dinas Mawddwy, Merioneth.
I know that Edward went to Australia and joined the Australian army, served in WW1 where he was reunited with Richard. He built his own Bungalow (Plaes Nant) in Dinas and was married to either Ann or Annie, He had a son also Edward born around 1944/45 who played rugby for Wales schoolboys, joined the Metropolitan Police Force then the Hong Kong Police returning to the UK and qualifying as a solicitor last thought to be in the Aberystwyth area.
