Member Since: December 2004 Posts: 10 Send Message	I Would like to find the registrations of these four children of Edward Day & Frances Carpenter, Born in York County Toronto between 1936 & (April 1949 for the forth Child), i have tried to research them in the Canadian systems but no luck so far, and i know they were in the above area over these dates. I don't know of any way that i can research them by Month, Years, and Parents Surnames because i have to find their (christian names), as we can in the UK, Could a G/U member tell me how this can be done. In my research in the UK i have managed to find our family names back to the 1600 hundreds so i am a little puzzled as to why i keep coming up against brick walls with this reseach. It would be great to try and find them as they have a large amount of cousins here that they wouldn't find if they were looking for them, Because their Father didn't know he's mothers Maiden Name, (as stated on their Marriage Certificate).
