	Hi, I am looking for Parents of Richard Cutmer (Cutmore) B 1743 abt Belchamp st Pauls Essex. I think his parents would have been elsewhere before his birth possibly Essex or suffolk. I have tried Hartest Suffolk which looks promising but I need to confirm this,unless anyone can find them elsewhere Belchamp Otton? They are not in Belchamp St paul before they had Richard. Any Help would be great Regards Lorraine
