I have just ordered a birth certificate for Rachel Colley born 1853 Lewisham.......it has her parents as Daniel Colley and Penelope Mason.......however I cannot find a marriage between the two of them - there are several Daniel Colleys and Penelope Masons marrying in the london area but none that correspond to each other........I am also having trouble finding Daniel and Penelope on the census

Is it possible the Sarah Colley on the 1861 is Daniel Colley's and Ann Allen's mother??? Looks to me like the age should read 81 as her relationship to Ann Allen is down as mother.

What do you think Sue C, Minnie and Catherine - would you double check the age on the original.
