My GGgrandmother, Eliza Christian, born 1831 //3/4/7 ish in Isle of Man - married Peter Corones( born in Smyrna 1833) in Manchester 1859.
1871 census has them living in Everton and a John Maxwell is cited as Eliza's father.
!841 IoM census has an Eliza Christian living at PO lane Onchan , Douglas IoM born 1831 (mum =Charlotte Christian, Dad = Jno Christian). Siblings = Kate & Charlotte. Also resident = Sarah Kelly (60) & Maria Kelly 20) Relatives?

By 1951 census we think mum, Charlotte has remarried to a John Maxwell as family members have same names eg Charlotte (mum) , Eliza, Cath & Charlotte (junior). Family now living at 2, Belmont cottages,Conchan.

Can anyone confirm any of the 1841 / 51 details with any BMD details.

Realize there are lots of Christians in IoM
