Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	We are trying to find connection to a family called Chapman who changed their name to Skinner c1900 to 1920+/-they were living in Hoxton, London at the time, our connection is John Victor Skinner, born in Hoxton, 25th April 1922.
