Member Since: February 2007 Posts: 6 Send Message	My late mother-in-law was Vera Burnett (1902-98). We have traced her descent back through 7 generations, all born in Portsmouth or the Isle of Wight, to Thomas Burnett who married Jane Egden, in Portsmouth, 03 July 1684. We have traced several living descendants but are unable to get any further back. In particular there is family talk of Scottish connections. Can anyone help us break through this brick wall?
