I think that the one that Barbara found could well be the same one that I found on BVRI. Lancelot Brusbank was christened 8 April so probably born March quarter. The surname is spelled differently but Mary Jane's christening record was spelled Bowerbank. |

I think your BVRI details are the ones too Margaret,Same parents as in 1861 census --It is confusing when names where spelt different most of the time. |

Maybe getting a little nearer--1851 shows Andrew and his brother Lancelot ( who was living with Andrew and Mary in 1861 census) The surname now BROOKBANK and as stated on 1861 came from Northumberland |
