hiya l am try to find out if Elijah Billingon birth1826 in Bucknall stoke on trent l know he married Ann Jackson in 24-3-1850 at st peter church Stoke l just cant find out if they had any kids.
l am also looken for Jane Billington Husband l know is name is Unkown Jones and did they have any kids all were born in stoke on trent

No children on 1861 or 1871 census. Not really possible to say if any born and died between censuses.

1871 census Elijah spelt Elizih 45 and Ann wife 49, they are lodging 1, Clare Street Hanley Stoke on Trent he is a colliery labourer there are no children. Place of birth mispelt as Buchell

1881 he is an unemployed servant and a widower living 18, Abbey Road, Hanley with the Knox family.

Can't see marriage for Jane with info given. Are you sure about husbands surname?

I cant find a marriage between Jones/Billington the only one I can find in Stoke on Trent is Billington/Bennet in 1860, is Jane the younger sister of Elijah was she born 1840?

You were asking if Elijah Billington and wife Ann Jackson had any children. There were none recorded in the 1851, 1861 and 1871 censuses. Apparently Ann died in 1875 , and the last census record for Elijah was 1881. He died in 1887, aged 62. .
You said that Jane Billington was married to " unknown Jones". I could find only one marriage record for Jane at around 1860, give or take 2 or 3 years ( she would have been about 20 in 1860, as her birth year was 1840/1, according to the 1841 census.) She was recorded in the 1841 census with her parents, Charles and Hannah, brothers Elijah, 14, Richard, 10, James, 5, sisters, Sarah, 11, Emma, 3, Hannah,1 and Jane was a baby. Another daughter was born in 1846, according to the 1851 census record.

The marriage record found for a Jane Billington in 1860, July quarter, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, was to John Bennett, volume 6b, page 270 .. I couldn't find a Jane Billington marriage record to anyone with the surname Jones. I found an 1861 census record for Jane and John Bennett, who were living in Fenton. Stoke on Trent was the registration district. Jane's birth place was recorded as Bucknall, which lies in the registration district of Stoke on Trent and in the 1851 census, which showed the same family as the one she was living with in 1841 ( with brother, Elijah), her birth place was Bucknall and so was Elijah's, in the 1851 census where he was recorded with wife Ann.

I couldn't find Jane and John Bennett in any other census records, but that might be because of an error by the transcriber , misinterpreting the enumerator's handwriting of the surname.

There is no trace of a birth for Charles in Stoke that I can see. Howerver there is this from Cheshire, not too far away.

I know its not proof, but I see from 1841 census that 2 of his children are Richard and Sarah

These are other Billington christening with father Richard. Its not possible to tell if this are all siblings. Only Sarah 1809 has mothers name - also Sarah.

l always thought charles dad was named Henry Billington and l am sure is mom is named Sarah hand maybe l was wrong is there any way of finding out 100% if they are right

Charles' mother was called Mary. Evidence from a document a relative has.

I am trying to locate the descendants of Samuel Billington & Annie Staite. Samuel was born in Stoke on Trent but in 1926 he was residing in Glamorganshire Wales. His stepmother, Mary Jane Hicks died in that year so I'm not sure if he stayed in Wales or returned to Stoke on Trent. His half sister, Jane Billington (Whitmore) was my maternal Great Grandmother through her youngest son Samuel Thomas Whitmore.
