	I am researching a record found on the Sherwood Foresters website regarding "1240 Pte G Astill" who died during the Boer War on 28aug 1900 at Krugersdorp, SA. Now what I want to do is to trace back to see if he was in the Newark area prior to going to SA. Anyone got any idea how I can find out his dob etc to see if there is a link? Many thanks, C
